As I have mentioned in previous posts, after 15 years in & around British Triathlon high performance I am stepping back and focussing on supporting Age Group & Masters triathletes. There is even a rumour going around that I am trying to squeeze back into a Synergie Coaching race suit (lycra test pilot!).

Finishing at the Commonwealth Games as one of Team England’s triathlon coaches was pretty special and as I reflect, I cannot believe how privileged I have been to work with so many amazing athletes that have raced at Elite Junior Cups, Professional Triathlon Organisation events, World Triathlon Series, Youth Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games & Olympic Games.

Looking ahead it will be all about supporting the AG athletes that are racing for Synergie Coaching this season, some exciting races to come, as well as finishing off my MSc in Sports Nutrition. So, keeping busy.
