It’s always a privilege to be part of an athlete’s journey and it is equally exciting to be part of a coach’s development.

I am one of the Team Scotland Achieve Programme mentors for the 2026 Commonwealth Games, supporting three coaches that Team Scotland have identified as the next generation of high performing coaches.

Last week we had our first full team camp at the Team Scotland kitting out event, over 170 selected athletes plus the 40+ Team Achieve athletes, coaches & mentors. An exceptional group of talented people that I am looking forward to learn from & share experiences with.
