We know that as athletes you are always reflecting on how you can best optimise your training, with the resources & support you to train smarter, to get better. As coaches, we are the same. Always looking at how we can improve what we do, in order to support athletes better.

As mentioned in the last post we have improved our tech and hardware to offer more services to the people that we are helping, whether that be athletes we are conducting assessments with or those athletes where we have a longer relationship.

Continuing with our horizon scanning, we anticipate that come end of the 2026 season, we will have a couple of athlete slots available in the team.
