Hadis was part of the IRI team that travelled to Riyadh to take part in the Islamic Solidarity Games that tool place between 4- 21st November 2025.

Hadis’ attention to detail and commitment to purposeful training was on displayed as she finished 6th at the Games and was once again the highest placed female IRI athlete. Credit has to be given for Hadis race performance as this was only her 4th race in 2025. The competitors ahed of her had raced between 5-10 times by the time they were in Riyadh.

In the mixed team duathlon Hadis & her partner just missed out on the podium, finishing 4th.

Scott was working in Riyadh on behalf of World Triathlon and managed to catch up with Hadis and some of her team-mates & the IRI coaching team. Given how much Hadis & Scott have done remotely, it was refreshing to actually meet in person & get to spend some time face to face.
