Trampolines, time trials, racing not restrictions

Great to be talking about racing, not restrictions!

It’s a pretty full roster at Synergie Coaching this season:

Graham is still deciding on what races he will target.

Liv is looking at Regional events in the South West & South Central series, as is, Leo who will hopefully get a chance to qualify for the Inter-Regional Championship Tea.

Cat will be out at the Army Sprint Champs in June, as her first key race of the season.

Bertie is still heaviliy in his books, making sure he gets the University offer he wants but will no doubt be looking at the National Performance Assessments in July, with a view of racing the remaining National Elite Youth & Junior Series Races.

Johnny will also be up at the Performance Assessments and like Bertie, as a Regional Academy athlete, will be looking to race the National Elite Youth & Junior Series.

Following on from their podiums at the South African Championships in Maselspoort & their Regional Championships at Midmar Dam, Alyssa & Jemimah will next be racing the Durban Ultra in August.

Sophia will be heading to Edmonton in August for the Standard Distance World Championships and

Mark, will head of to IM Hamburg for his first Iron Distance race.

September see Cat, at the England Sprint Championships as part of her prepeartion for Bermuda.

Sophia is back on the road again in September with the European Championships in Valencia and Anne & Cat are the last athletes travelling, as they heads off to Bermuda for the World Sprint Champs in October.
