Born 30th June 1978 at West London Hospital: 9lbs 14 and as long as a 6 month old….and haven’t grown since!
First Race Bovington 2004 – won the novice race by singing 50 Cent to myself during the bike leg!
Best Race Excuse “My watch was too big: I got stuck in my wetsuit!” Me, Cyprus 2006 (probably more to do with too many pizzas than my watch).
At School I Was The one that was accepted by all groups and therefore, friends with everyone…apart from any boys who wouldn’t let us girls play football at break time!
Fav Training Ride Any involving the Woodford Valley.
Cook Special Meal Risotto, although I’m veggie, so for the night my guests would have to be too.

Favourite Food Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia Ice Cream, and someone special to share it with.
Favourite Drink Sadly, you can’t beat water (I have my fingers crossed that it keeps you looking young), although chocolate soya milk comes a close second!
Favourite TV Programme ‘Location, Location’ (must buy a house in 2007)!
Favourite Film Too many to mention – but ‘Dirty Dancing’, ‘Shriek’, ‘Fargo’, ‘Moulin Rouge’ and ‘White Chicks’ feature.

What really winds me up Ignorance; Abuse of animals or people; Waste (particularly if it wouldn’t/can’t be recycled); Misuse of the English Language by native speakers; Unconstructive criticism.
Last time cried New Years’ Eve, while thinking about how many funerals I’ve been to during the year. Listening to Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’, or watching ‘ET’ has the same effect!
