Since the commencement of Synergie Coaching in 1996, Di & I have had the pleasure to work with some highly motivated and talented athletes. Whilst athletes continue to work hard, chasing their dreams, others have already realised some of their ambitions at Regional, National, International and World level.

		Overall winner of the Weymouth Big Swims series.
		Silver at the National Triathlon Champs in Bedford.
		Bronze at the Weymouth Middle Distance.
	Matt Langdon	PB at the Seville Marathon
		AG winner at Burnham on Sea triathlon.
		PB at Wimbleball 70.3 triathlon.
	Nigel Eldred	Nigel started at the Grizzly, eight days later he was at the Mad March Hare before racing the North Dorset Marathon. Triathlon wise Nigel went out at the Summer Sizzler where he went top 10 in his AG, finishing 6th as well as racing the Velociraptor. Niggle finished off his season with the Dorset Doodle.
	Graham Starmer	9th place in his AG at the Broadstone ¼ Marathon.
		9th place overall and 4th in his AG at the Heartbreak Half Marathon
		AG winner at the Ballbuster.
		AG winner at the Swashbuckler.
		3rd in AG at the Great Eastern Swim.
		Overall winner at the Dorney Lake standard distance triathlon
		14th in AG at the Vitruvian triathlon.
		5th place in AG at the New Forest Middle Distance.
		So four middle distance races in the one season including the Middle Distance Triathlon Champions
	Derrick Evans	9th in his AG at the TriAthy Sprint triathlon
		6th in his AG at TriAthlone
		PB at the Beast of the East triathlon
		PB & 2nd overall at Brittas Bay triathlon.
		Derrick’s final hurrah was a play at the Lost Sheep middle distance triathlon.
	Tim Grinsted	Tim achieved his goal and set a PB at Ironman Frankfurt.
2009	Julian Allen	Got himself settled in Canada and had a blast at the Squamish Off Road Triathlon.
	Mark Chivers	Focused on getting the business in Australia sorted out.
	Nigel Eldred	Set a new PB at the London Marathon.
	Lou Gould	Set a PB at Ironman Lanzarote.
	Matt Langdon	Set a PB at Ironman Austria.
	Dave Pratten	Qualified for the ETU European Long Course Triathlon Championships in Prague.
	Graham Starmer	Really enjoyed the UK Middle Distance Triathlon Championships in Bala, one of four middle distance races Graham did in 2009.
	Di Newnham	Qualified as an ITU Level 2 Technical Delegate.
2008	Julian Allen	Raced the iconic Escape from Alcatraz and Alpe D’Huez triathlons as well as representing Team GB at the ETU Off Road European Triathlon Championships, Holland.
	Melissa Arkinstall	Qualified for ITU World Duathlon Championships in Rimini; qualified for ITU World Triathlon Championships and ETU European Triathlon Championships in Lisbon.
	Bryce Dyer	National TLI Time Trial Champions. Qualified for ETU Off Road European Triathlon Championships, Holland. Raced the Alpe D’Huez triathlon.
	Claire Fraser	Now racing as Elite for Team Guyana with an eye on both 2012 Olympics and 2014 Commonwealth Games. Looking to be racing at ITU elite events as well as Pan-Am qualifiers.
	Louise Gould	Qualified for ITU World Long Course Triathlon Championships, Almere. Raced the Alpe D’Huez triathlon, as well as the Vitruvian, UK Middle Distance Triathlon Championships. Qualified for the 70.3 World Triathlon Championships in Clearwater, Florida,
	Matt Langdon	Qualified for ETU European Triathlon Championships in Lisbon. Qualified for the 70.3 World Triathlon Championships in Clearwater, Florida.
	Dave Pratten	Finished 3rd in his Age Group at the ETU European Triathlon Championships in Lisbon.
	Graham Starmer	Qualified for the ITU World Duathlon Championship in Rimini. Won the Poole Runners Summer Series.
	Scott Murray	Age Group Team Manager European Triathlon Championships, Lisbon.
2007	Clive Agate	Represented GB at the ITU World Sprint Championships in Hamburg, Germany
	Bryce Dyer	Represented GB at the ITU World Sprint Championships in Hamburg, Germany.
		TLI 10 mile TT National Champion
		Silver Medallist at National Sprint Championships.
